CDS May Blog Hop


Hello and welcome to the Clear Dollar Stamps May Blog Hop!  Our theme this month is "SOMETHING WITH WINGS"

Here is my card:


The bee image is from the Clear Dollar Stamps Digi "BUMBLES" and the sentiment is from the digi "TURTLE GREETINGS".  I used vellum with pearly colored shimmer paint to really make the wings the stand out.  It made it really hard to photograph though!  :)

    I rarely use shades of orange, but I am seeing so many cards with them that I may have to step out of my comfort zone. I really love it paired with a pale blue. Beautiful job with the bee and the sparkly vellum wings are perfect! Hugs, Kelly

    Is that watercolor paper you used? It looks so pretty with the blue ink. A great idea to use vellum for the bee's wings!
