CAS151 Congrats

Hello!  Sharing a card today that I made for today's Clean and Simple Challenge on Splitcoast.  This is one of my favorite challenges!

Kept it very CAS with this one...  And had to go kinda with a New Year's theme, even though this could be used for any kind of Congrats.


All the stamps I used are from Technique Tuesday:
Vino (Wine glasses)
Good Cheer (swirly border)

    great use of the wine! and the swirls look great, too. I was never sure what to do with them :)
