I made this card using the sketch this week on Splitcoast Stampers.
The cute puppies are from Technique Tuesday's new set called Who Let The Dogs Out, and the sentiment is from Simply Stated.
The little charm is actually from one of my cat's collars. The collar was broke, but I saved the little charm!
