This card is in the "shimmer spray technique" section of the magazine and can be found on page 67.
I sprayed glimmer mist on my embossing folder, then embossed a piece of white cardstock.
To imitate the grip tape on a skateboard, I used fine-grit black sandpaper for the black background,
and also punched the small black stars from the sandpaper.
The Stamp It! Techniques issue is one that you will definately want to pick up!
It is filled with beautiful cards, and great technique ideas!
